Confidentiality and data processing
1) Any data processing shall be carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data subject (in this case the person contacting me via this page or by e-mail) expressly gives their consent to the processing of their personal data by my sole proprietorships, when they chose to make use of the contact methods stated in the Contact section. The personal data will be used solely to attend to their request, and to perform necessary business operations. For tax, company and contractual purposes, personal data may be processed and stored also after the end of a business agreement / transaction, provided that such storage or processing is necessary for fulfilling contractual or legal obligations. When no longer needed, the data shall be deleted.
2) The data subject (in this case the person contacting me via this page or e-mail) has the following rights in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR: the right to be informed, the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of their personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
